Default Mysterious Gun Parts??

Anybody know what these are? I got them in a box with some gun parts and tools.. I guessing a scope mount of some sort?? Help!!

scope bases. matching set front and rear. if there is a manufacturer mark you can easily determine what gun they are for

They only have a part number on them.. One is marked 2483, the other 2493

Did a quick Google and Ebay search.... Nada....?

Look like the mounts for target sights (iron sights).

I still cant identify these....

Ive tried searching scope bases with the numbers, and target site bases with the numbers.. Nothing remotely similar comes up...
Theres no company marks...

The box had a bunch of mil-surp odds and ends.. (like M1G clips, winter trigger, 1911 stuff..) Could it be military?

You could measure the threads on those screws and try to find out what gun uses that type of thread for scoupe mounts. Probably doesn't help much, just an idea
