Yeah, Capone doesn't strike me as a name I would keep either (would you name your kid Capone? I wouldn't). Gaston and Capone are pretty close in pronunciation but both don't roll off the tongue very easily to me. Plus as I said I wouldn't name my kid that way. Then again I generally don't name my dogs the same way I named my kids. I like Glock for a German Shepherd though (even though Gaston Glock is Austrian). Of course you could go with Heckler & Koch. Or maybe Anschutz.

Yea I have scraped every name i posted, i'm 50 crappy names past those haha. I want to keep it 1-2 syllabuls.

I had a friend in high school who named his German Pointers Rough and Ready.

Please dont name your dog Gaston or Glock, he'll just get a complex & feel insecure when he sees his first 1911 & won't know why ???
