Muslim Fired for Not Shaving.
This guy wants compensation for failing to adhere to the standards of dress and appearance set for by his security company. Do these guys think they are really that special? Its not discrimination unless the white anglo saxon protestants are allowed to get away with it. This guys kill me. If they don't like it they should go back to the sh!tholes they came from and grow the beard as long as they want.

I just so happen to be studying Human Resources Management this term and the company is within the law firing him for failing to maintain the appearance set out for all employees. They didn't discriminate on his race or religion, he was just too effin ignorant to shave.

What he is saying is they didn't tell him. If he was clean shaven when hired, and given an employee handbook, he was told. If he had the beard and they hired him anyway, the company may be screwed.
It could boil down to a jury, and this is the country where a woman was rewarded for not thinking hot coffee would burn her legs!
