So many, so many. But three stands out just the same. Creedence Clearwater Revival's 'Fortune Son,' - The Band's 'The Weight,' and The Door's 'Back Door Man.'

PanBaccha, one of my co-workers made a mixed CD for me with music I like on it. One song on it is Fortunate Son, amongst many others from that era. Thanks for the list of good songs. My heart and soul is in that time of my life. It shaped me like no other time of my life. And "The Weight"......an absolute classic. Thank you for the memories of a difficult, painful time in my life but a very important time, none the less. You know how something could be difficult and painful but turned out to be a good thing in the long run? Yeah, that.

Glad it touched you. That era was absolutely fantastic. I was also very much into Van Morrison since 1968 till this day. This is Van today at 66 yrs of age.

There was also a young band of three called: CREAM - with a 21 yr old by the name of Eric Clapton. Many years later at the ripe age of 74, 71, and 66 the three members reunited for a tour. Watch & enjoy ~
