I listen to darn near anything except rap. Can't spell crap, without rap.... Most new music hitting the radio is terrible so I go back about 10-15 years. Country before 1990, rock from the 50s on up, classical(but Gershwin sucks), anything really.

I listen to pretty much anything and everything except don't much care for Pop(Top 40) or a lot of the newer country or new rap.

I primarily listen to metal and rock but I also like some old school rap (stuff from the 80's and 90's).
You know the stuff with poor grammar, profane lyrics, electronic drum beats and heavy bass lines. That mindless c(Rap)??........ don't know why, but I love that $hit

In no particular order:
Robert Zimmerman (best and most covered songwriter ever).
Van the Man
The Beatles
The Stones (yes, one can like BOTH Beatles and Stones!).
Led Zep....and Plant afterwards.
Emmylou Harris. She's an angel
Eric Clapton solo and all of his project bands.
....Sinatra!
James Taylor
Jethro Tull
Moody Blues
Jimi Hendrix...duh.
CCR - John Fogerty
Joni Mitchell
My Morning Jacket
Loggins & Messina
Pat Metheny....guitar monster.
Patty Griffin. Another little angel.
Radiohead
Tom Waits
Willie Nelson

I have 6,300 tunes in my iPod at last count. Obviously, music has been and still is a big part of my life!

Angry, you have an awesome taste in music! I recently have been on a huge Story of the Year binge and Shinedown is my favorite band. You should check out the band "Cavo" if you get a chance. They're a hometown band from St. Louis who are getting pretty big.

I'm old so I like the music I grew up with... the 60's. Those guys changed the world. Also learned to like bluegrass. (I know I'm wierd)

My wife was a music performance major so I get some of that too.

It's all good.....Hardrock
