Default Muscle necks and health freaks..!

Well , I started the gain weight thing and am making progress.! One thing I didn't foresee , the pain level..! No one told me that this stuff was like eating construction materials.!

Like crapping mortar with 40 grit sandpaper ..! Eeeek..! yeap , my pain level with out meds is a constant 6-8 and with the get (FAT QUICK) stuff. , a constant 10 ..! No looking back now though , only one way to go , forge on-ward..!

That "no pain no gain" crap must be literal.

if you are in a lot of pain you are doing something wrong.
Dont do another exercise until you speak to a physical trainer.

I did things mostly correct for years and got huge.

but even the small ergonomic mistakes added up and I got injured and couldnt work out for over a year during which time I got fat and lost all the gains from previous years.

To this day I cannot work out as hard as I did just 3 years ago w/o reinjury so its not an age issue.

Be careful!!!

I am in a position that all things are new , such as my limits.! My new limits are due to extensive surgeries and my limits , well , I will find them slowly but surely..!

And thanks but I expect pain ..!

Howdy Dango, I think someone stole your meds or had a bit too much tequila. I am on the wall on which one it is.... (Keep up the good fight Dango!)
