I REALLY miss the ninja...that bastard would "GIT IT"
Was that the ninja 1100 that had the offset air intake? I can't remember. Did you ever get the gears undercut? My friend had one with the offset intake. Got the gears undercut and yes they are fast. Until he upgraded to the 14.

This is just a little reading for those who want to learn and think outside the box. I know some people do way more research then me, and by all means please post your findings. What I stated can be proven that loud pipes don't do anything but make noise.
This is only one link I have way more, just google motorcycle myths.

You just proved the point on why they save lives.
It may not always work, but for those that are not distracted by bad hearing or loud stereos such as other bikers that may be currently in a car.. they know that distinct sound, they know there is a bike just around the next turn.

The article didn't say anything about the next turn. It said if you are right next to a car and their window is down that it could draw attention to the loud bike.

@kobel question then i will stop beating this dead horse, do you ride? have you ever heard a motorcycle/car/truck coming up the road toward you?
no i didn't Bother reading your article mainly because of the (IMO) lack of making sense if this is your main source of information. One more question, have you ever been driving and heard the sound of a siren approaching from behind you? Or in your words the sound is in back of the emergency vehicle………..you see why you way of thinking is hard to agree with...
