What else can you say about the lowly mushroom, The squirrels around here eat the ones not fit for human consumption........Deer also eat poisonous shrooms...... The best dang piece of meat youv'e ever tasted will be smothered in MUSHROOMS........Yipy caiyea cow patty........This Sh$$ will get you in trouble.........

By the by these tree rats only eat these mushrooms when they are immature and just starting to break the ground.....They won't eat those that are mature...........

Just remember, mushrooms of the same varietal can be poisonous in soil where they are planted just feet away from where they are not. Be Careful!

I did a lot of clean up this weekend and found plenty of mushrooms but nothing edible.
