The off season is going to be bloody, but needed, in the Yankee clubhouse.

I seen something about him getting frisky with girls in the stands...I think Trump said something about someone hitting on girls and not playing baseball...

That would be A-Hole. He's hitting like 2-30 something in the playoffs, so they benched him for the last game in the first round and then they benched him again for Games 2 and 3. Three was when he was flirting with two girls, one of whom is a "professional" bikini model apparently, in the stands.

I'm not hating on him for liking the ladies, but when we are paying you $26.25 million this season and you couldn't hit sand with your bat if you fell off a camel, show some pride man!

Tonight, presumably, will be the end of a pretty good season and then we can clean some house.

I hope we can retain Ibanez, Granderson and Swisher though. Those guys have been great for the team.

That oughta be interesting...who's contracts are up and who's going to pick up what is most likely a HUGE tab for a player under contract?

Angels, Mets, Dodgers maybe??? Me thinks they won't pull a Red Sox 2.0 and back the franchise up to Chavez Ravine and unload there, I can see them making crazy major moves but that's not unusual for them...Oughta be interesting indeed...

Ghey-Rod...what a douche...

AHole has a trade approval clause, so we are probably stuck with his ass.

Jeter was talking retirement, he sold his mansion condo in NY and just does the hotel thing now. With the broken foot to end the season I think he will be back.

Martin and Tex are under contract, I presume we keep them.

Ibanez had a one year deal, heavily incentive loaded so I hope they renew it.

Swisher and Granderson are both up. Both played great during the reg season but sucked in the playoffs, so that looks bleak.

Ichiro has, I think, one year left and I know he wants a ring.

Pettite came back for one year. He'll be 43 next year, so doubtful.

CC is good. Mariano should be back for another season, but Soriano wa closing this year and he had like two years on his deal, so I don't know if he'll go back to the pen without a complaint.

And we are getting killed 7-1 in game 4.

Go Tigers! I hope they don't blow it with SL like they did the last time they met at the World Series.
It was very similar to this one. The Tigers beat NY and had one of the best records in a season and they faced SL who had the worst record of any team to make the World Series and the Tigers got spanked!
Hope their fortunes are better this year.
