Please don't count me on my spelling . Belgium? Emile Mosin. That's off the top of my head. I could have been a brainiac, cheated, and looked it up., but it is too late tonight

If I'm not mistaken Mosin was a Russian. The Nagant revolver was designed by Leon Nagant.
