I thought the rear leaf sight was graduated up to 2000 Meters...but I could be wrong.

The original model 1891 was graduated in arshens. It's an old russian unit of measurement. The 91/30 is graduated in meters.

It would have to be the F15 as it is used almost exclusively for CAP and Air Superiority missions.
The F16 and F18 drivers have had alot less opportunity for Air-to-Air.
Same goes for our allies who operate this airframe.

My mistake...I should have paid more attention...didn't see that you only wrote "91."

The a10, unless you mean aerial combat, then probably the late model f4s, or the f86

On the Jet.. since it said "has" in the question I interpreted it to be a airframe in current service.
Maybe that was not a correct interpretation.
I am curious what rthe asker will say

Hmmm. That's a good question. Semantics suck sometimes. But i think has could still apply to any of our jets as it still holds the record. Where as, for example with had " the f86 HAD held the record until 200x when the f15 surpassed it" alright LU! You're making us think now, you're in deep trouble
