Well, I was going to stay in DC, but I decided to head to Chicago for the weekend. Prolly play some golf and go out for fancy dinner dates with the Mrs.

I'm really tired from all the work I've done down in the gulf lately, so I need a break, but I'll be back for Paul's concert!!!!!

your President,
B Obama

I'll echo to stay safe...

A visit to the local Memorial to pay my respects, then....I think I'll brew some beer!

First, I'm headed downtown to pay my respects at the veteran's memorial in public square. this is going to be the first time I'm properly celebrating memorial day in a few years. I am very psyched.

After that I'm off to a BBQ at my gf's sister's house. their family is huge; she has 6 sisters, 2 brothers (all of them are married or have significant others), and double that number in nephews and nieces. cold beer + hot food + good people = awesome times.
