Ok, hows this.

That rotten Irish guy shot him with the PPK. Three shots were necessary because of the wimpy .380 rounds.

JD with a .45 and CA with a .357 would not have needed a triple tap. Tango certainly wouldn't have fired more than once with a 12 GA. Robo would have slapped him hard enough to break his neck...

Poor Benning took 3 bullets to the chest and landed falling backwards. This would lead one to believe he was shoot from the front.

What is the blood spray pattern on Benning and on the floor. Does this match with the victim standing and being shot from the front?

What is the pattern of the shots? Is it a tight group? Or is it more of a linear stitch like pattern?

What is the floor made of? Would empty shells make a sound falling from a height of 3 or 4 feet?

And obviously, is there anyone standing around with a smoking gun in their first?
