I'm happy for him, and kind of envious, but I do have one question. Isn't it a little irresponsible to publicize that kind of collection? That's one stop shopping for every thug out there.

I agree Doc. The guy I referenced never would've had anyone the wiser if it wasn't for the Feds and their over zealous witch hunt. If I had that many guns I certainly wouldn't be advertising it!

It takes a seriously diminished person to commit mass murder against people he does not know. The tool used to commit the murders is irrelevant.

There are so many things wrong with all of this, but what bothers me most is the misinformation provided by the media to the general public. Every mass killing since 1972 has shown that the suspect was either using/misusing psychotropic drugs or was withdrawing from them. THIS subsidized drug abuse doesn't bother the gun control or liberals in the slightest.

The ridiculous article about a gun causing aggression is a professor buried in a left-wing, liberal teaching system and spewing back the popular prejudice for his own advancement in the system.

It makes me physically ill how many lies are perpetrated on the public, as it gives them the wrong facts on which to base their decisions. "Hundreds of rounds a second?" Does anyone have an AR or AK that can do 200/sec rate of fire??? If you do, we need to dub you "Super Finger" and then I want to see that magazine, because if you're doing six mag changes in that second, you are truly God-like in your abilities.

Here are the really idiotic lines from the article, in my opinion:

“the mere presence of weapons can increase aggression.”

“Guns not only permit violence, they can stimulate it as well. The finger pulls the trigger, but the trigger may also be pulling the finger.”

Seriously? Someone needs to sit these fools down and help them come to an enlightened state about why they have no idea what they're talking about.
Always have clean socks.

I am impressed with the collection! I am sure it has came about over a long period of time. Nothing wrong with what a man likes and in his case it is guns. Like a friend of mine that owns a weapon manufacturing plant likes guns for sure but his real fetish is collecting cars and relative items like old gas pumps. But regarding our friend in this post and his collection. I clean all mine every six months if not shot and I would certainly hate to clean all of those no matter how much I like them! Unfortunately, by posting all of them I pray that him and his family do not become a target of someone like a bunch of bangers! I know we are pretty open here on the FTF about our weapons but there is a sense of secrecy to our identity and location including security systems for our weapons. There are a few in his collection that I would like to own. Thanks for sharing the picture!

The guy is proud and wants to share. WHY shouldn't he be able to? OK, maybe he shoulda worn glasses witha nose and moustache so he won't be followed home by the criminal who sees the photo and isn't looking at the guns but commiting his uncommon Floridian face to memory.

No antiques to speak of but it's an OK collection for more modern stuff. Some particularly nice, and pricey, pieces. Can someone guess which is the most valuable and point it out to us!?

Wonder how he chose which to hold/what it is!?
