All of the above are good, but spiral cut potatoes, deep fried are my favorite.

I'll vote boiled, in a crawfish boil, but they are all good. Potatoes are an amazing food... Lol

That's what I like about a baked potato. You can load them up with butter, cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and just about make a meal out of one.

True. They're good with chili on them, too.

It depends on what I'm eating which kind of potato I prefer. I like red potatoes, mashed with the skin on. I like a twice baked potato with a steak. I really like baked sweet potatoes, too. Potato salad is great in the summer with a sandwich or a pot luck type get together.
