Default The Man food thread

List your own God only knows man recipes .
Fish
Steak
Pork
Vegetables
Do you smoke it , fry it , bake it , boil it , bbq it or just eat it raw
Your favorite sauce , seasoning ect ect .
You dont have to divulge your top secrete but if you feel like sharing lets make this a good thread we can come back to . Hunting season is coming and I'd be willing to bet we would all like to try somthing new .

Butter beans , corn , black eye peas , chunk of meat maybe some collards and some how shove it in a roll or chunk of bread , Sounds mighty fine to me

Bacon.

I cook as much as I can then I challenge myself to eat it in a day, if I'm alone.

Grendeddy Dave's Sauces and Seasonings!!

I got him to cater my wedding and he buys tires from pops . I usually get him to cook me up some boston butts around thanksgiving but he has some good ass sauce and seasoning

I love the thin boneless pork chops , cut them into small chunks , old bay - maple seasoning - bit of garlic salt or powder and flour, then fry it up . Some how I end up eating a whole freakin pack . I need to get a smoker , only problem is I love to eat it before it even hits the plate
