Couldn't get this little lady to stay still long enough for a good picture.

No worries, they were just Nephila clavipes, Golden Silk Spiders. Though not poisonous, they can bite.:eek:

Found this guy on his back in front of the shop. I helped him up and then accidentally, cough cough, stepped on him. Thought it might be one of those western pine beetles.
