Some folks have entirely too much free time on their hands, and too little brain tissue in their heads.

It is amazing the number of people killed and injured in the Rocky Mtns. Every weekend if you watch the News media in Denver or Salt Lake City you will see a report on the these "Climbers". The cost to U.S. and State taxpayers for rescuers is outrageous.

Cap- at least in Colorado, you get to bill the idiots for the cost of the rescue.

We get a lot here as well from Rainier and other peaks in the Cascade range. Seems especially more common, this time of year when the weather starts to change ant he snow and glaciers get a little less stable. More avalanches, or people snowed in by unexpected storms.
