I saw a post on another site saying in December he was in the process of switching his leather work to full time operation. May explain him not being with that company, yet not being reachable is not good.

Ok I have news. I have made contact with Dave and spoke with him on the phone a few minutes ago, I really don't want to go into detail about how I got ahold of him as that is not really important. What is important is that he has everyone's holsters and will be shipping them out. As he had said in the other thread he had some personal issues and that has taken his attention away from this. He said he understands where people here are coming from and does not blame anyone if they are pissed. He said he would be along sometime soon to make a post and update everyone. I for one will still take my rig, I made a commitment and will follow through with it, as long as it gets shipped out in a timely manner.

As long as he sends my rig, I hold no hard feelings towards him. He seemed so nice and genuinely excited and enthused to work on my project, his enthusiasm became infectious.
I honestly believe he is in a rough patch, and only hope things get better. I hope you relayed to him, that we (well, me) are not mad at him, and even offer our (my) help if he needs it or will take it.

I have not run off!! I just talked to JD and Towboater a little bit ago on the phone. Sh1t does and has happened. It's no excuse for keeping you guys in the dark. I wouldn't have actually made your holsters and sent you pics of them if I was going to scam anyone.

I've had a lot of personal problems and some serious business that had to happen first and foremost. I haven't said anything mainly out of embarrassment for breaking my promise to you all.

Not everything here is settled yet and I haven't had two nickels to rub together in weeks. I took on way too much way too fast with these and then two distributor's orders and let other issues go that came back and really bit me in the ass financially and on the home front.

I'm not much for sharing my problems with others, but in this case there should have been an immediate exception.

As you guys have seen, the stuff had all been finished. I scrounged up enough funds to make sure I can get your stuff to you now. When the misses gets home tonight from work; we'll print everyone's shipping labels and drop them off after taking the kids to school in the am.

Please email me or PM me your address again so I can make sure that I get at least that right tonight.

No problem longballer, that's why we weren't getting out the rope just yet. Just keep us in the loop. Otherwise we start to wonder if we did get scammed. No need to be embarrassed! A simple, "Things are coming along, but expect some delays." would be enough.
