Ok... but what if there is some freak cosmic storm that envelopes the USS Nimitz, sending it back in time and stayed there so that Martin Sheen wouldn't have been around. Would Charlie Sheen still grow up to be such a dingbat?

Then Chas Fortschen would sue you for plagiarism- Book called Rally Cry- sci-fi. Union Regiment about ship, freak storm, another world, and now battling 10 ft tall man eating aliens.
