Here in CA there are wide areas that are strict "lead free ammunition" zones. Copper ammunition is exceedingly expensive and because of that many low income hunters (such as myself) cannot afford to hunt those zones as much as we would like to (if at all). As a result the enviro-nuts have won a backdoor victory. The true environmental impact will be a less healthy wildlife population.

Viking Dad Thx for your Info. I think you should contact your NRA Board Member. If you feel excutive pay of a 4.5 Million Member Org. is too much let them know. I have been on the front line of the firearms issue starting in 1958. We were a small marksmanship group of only 50,000 in those days. We were broke and no leadership skills. The Big Unions and the DNC were well oiled and well run money making machines. They were out to disarm America. We did the best we could a dollar at a time with little skill. Did we make mistakes damn right do we continue to make mistakes Hell yes. Are the Teachers Union. the AFL&CIO and the DNC getting bigger from the tons of money donated by their members and Hollywood keep growing yes. Does money fuel our fight yes a buck at a time from dedicated members. Did Big Labor and Hollywood disarm us not yet. The Cancer Fund is not fighting a ProCancer group. No one is funding the spread of cancer. Gun control is a different game. I would like to go back to the days when the NRA only funded marksmanship programs, those were fun days. Sorry the Anerican socialist antigun Orgs will not allow that.

I personally appreciate all of your years of service in the NRA.
