Default Let's Play A Game Of Identify That Weapons!

So here is the story behind this weapon. My parents live in a heavily wooded area in Georgia. My step father was walking around their land when he stumbled across this weapon off in the woods. They promptly released the clip and cleared the chamber (it was loaded with 9mm hollow point shells according to my mother), and contacted the police. She took these pictures before the police arrived.

I've tried to identify the weapon myself but without much luck. So here's where you guys come in. Can anybody identify this weapon?

That is an evil automatic assault weapon that should be banned,I know this because that is what all the Media, and people like Teddy and Chucky have been telling me for years ! To bad you turrned it over to the police,If you would have sent it to me ,I would have made sure it was destroyed! lol

I found it. Claridge Hi-Tech S-9.

There is one on gun broker.

The barrel is a bit different but this is the only one I found with that sight set up. The one on gunbroker has a threaded barrel and yours looks like it would take a QD muzzle device.

I'm not so sure...there's no magazine well in the front of that one in your pic...

Looks like something JD made in metal shop when he was eleven.

You are absolutely correct. I goofed on that one. Kimmel AP-9? Still trying to look into this.

Edit: Not the Kimmel. No perforated shroud.

Default It certainly has the look of an Intratec abomination...

It bugs me, because I think I have seen this thing before. Checking out "Jane's Gun Recognition Guide," but I am not finding this weapon.

I think it's an AA Arms AP-9, I did a google search and the first one that came up was the same gun, it had a little bit longer barrel but everything else was the same. It is on another forum as someone is or was trying to sell it.

AA Arms AP-9 Assault Pistol w/ Extras - LS1TECH

This one has a longer shrouded barrel with the front sight mounted further out but everything else is the same.
