Default Laugh or cry?

They say those with heart can't look at the world without crying, and those with brains can't look at the world without laughing. Unfortunately I seem to have both and I can't decide what I should do. Please watch the video attached, extrapolate to all manner of human endeavors, most not so visual (representatives who believe Guam floats, etc.) and help me decide what I should do. Thanks.

Well, since none of those cost me any money or lost time, I'd say: laugh my buttocks off.

I was disappointed that the submersible track hoe wasn't included. I'd like to have one of those.

You should laugh, unless one of those cars belonged to you, then you should probably cry.

That last bit was my favorite.

After you're done laughing, hire a larger

excavator to dig the hole deeper, get the

controls dried out, and move the original

trackhoe out of the hole.

in the equipment rental business, you run across some very similiar things.

trust me, i neither laugh or cry. i can actually get pretty upset and sometimes even angry.

the usual causes of these things are stupidity and lack of caring.

Don't need to. That's the new Daewoo submersible track hoe.
You can't see them, but there are schnorkels on the other side of the boom.
The guy with the cigarette is giving directions. That's why he's so calm.

Uh huh.

Well, I guess you if you have a snorkel on your insurance policy,

you don't have to consider upgrading that, either...
