My thoughts, prayers, and condolences are with you and yours. Your family and our nation lost a hero who was part of our greatest generation. Go home and take your place in heaven Marine. You have earned it.

RIP Corporal Erwin Bruestle.

None of these Heros will ever die as long as there is someone to remember their sacrifices for their God, country, family and Freedom .

RIP

Sorry for your loss. Sounds like your grandpa fought through the worst hell WWII had to offer. A brave, true American. May he rest in peace.

Rest in Peace Brother...and take your seat at the table reserved for warriors in Valhalla.

Sounds like you earned it.

Thank you for sharing your grandfathers story. He sounds like a wonderful person, and real American hero. Our nation will always be indebted for the sacrifices of our men, women and families of our armed forces. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Thank you and rest in peace corporal.
