LOL Webley,
I'm in the same boat when it comes to needles?? You wouldn't think an old sheetmetal worker would mind a itty bitty needle, when he has scars on top of scars?....I generally reach for the duct tape instead of stitches LOL

My hatred for needles pales in comparison to my hatred for doctors offices. Once I'm in the doctors office, the needle is just adding insult to injury.

So its been a while since the treatment started, what's the overall verdict?

A lot of the muscle soreness is pretty much gone and the therapy doesn't really hurt like it did at first.

I'm left with the shooting pains I think are from the nerves rubbing against the bulging discs. But those aren't as bad as they were either.

Cool. Glad you're getting better. The whole process still sounds gosh awful to me though.

A superpower for me would be running again. A good 6 miles with some wind sprints afterwards.

And then climbing a rope. Hand over hand.

I fully intend to gain those superpowers. Had em once.

The biggest superpower of all though would be throwing my little girl up on my shoulders. She used to ride everywhere up there. And I can tell she misses it.

One bit of advice I would offer is that after you start feeling better, continue to baby your back for the rest of your life. Re-injury is going to make you fall farther back than where you were a few weeks ago. Don't do freaking anything to stress or strain your back again and you might not have to deal with this crap fro the rest of your life.
