Default Kahr Desert Eagle

Interesting Kahr Buys Magnum Research.

What you think?

Huh. I don't know how I feel about this.

Are they soliciting for ways to improve the pistol line yet? Because I will accept a small retainer for my services with a heavy "back end" sales deal.

I find no interest in either.

Unremarkable, other than maybe Kahr wanting into the 1911 market.

Khar has some nice stuff but Magnum Research doesn't have anything I want so I'm rather indifferent about it.

Kahr was already in the 1911 market with their Thompson/Auto Ordnance line. I suspect they may want to re-enter the deal that MR had with IWI/IMI to start importing the Israeli-made guns again. The Baby Eagles are nice guns -they just need a steady importer...

*Desert 11
It will be very shiny and star in many video games.

Kahr's expansion might just be a marketing move to offer their customers another unique line of firearms to choose from.

I expect they picked up the brand name cheap. when is the last time DE/MR put out a new product that took off? I have a DE ten years old, fun gun, held it's value but not something I shoot often.
