Default Just what does a FTF moderator DO?

For the new folks- and some of the seasoned vets here- the question arises- just what does a moderator DO around here?

Well, rather than a boring, long winded explanation- we found a video that kind of sums it all up.

Well, I could not find a video of trying to staple jello to a wall, so I thought that one summarized it fairly well.

I've asked this question before but how the heck do you become a moderator?
