So shooter is on and I can't help but watch it when ever I come across it while clicking channels. I've seen it I dont even know how many times now, but yet I keep watching it.

Have you read the book it's based on, "Point of Impact" by Stephen Hunter? On of the absolutely best gun oriented mystery/action books I have ever read, and I've read a lot of 'em.

If you haven't read it yet, check it out.

What is Shooter -- Tom Berenger series? God he was SO bloated in the last one my stomach hurt from laughing. I remember one scene where he had to lift his leg and it looked like he was trying to climb Everest. Oh, oh... And is that the one where he kept trying to hide his "missing finger" from the camera and failing!? Now THAT's killer stuff.

Loved Donald Hamilton's Matt Helm series. No, not the stupid Dean Martin movies -- there is no relationship between them for all intent and purpose.

Yep, read 'em all. Although he rarely used a firearm, I also liked the Travis McGee books by John McDonald.
