Congratulations.
Shoot together often. Don't have separate checking accounts. Think "us" and not "me". Take a majority of your vacation time together, and ask her to go hunting/fishing with you. Never mention any old girlfriends and certainly don't call them. Clean the house together. Understand its good to put her on a pedestal.
Me and wife: 26 years married and still going strong.
Mom and dad: 56 years married and still going strong.
In laws: 52 years married before losing FIL, rest in peace.
Daughter: 8 years married and still going strong.
