Wow! That is awesome brother! Really well done and you should be proud of yourself.

I went for my yearly last week and everything was just about perfect. BP was 122/86, so I am still working on that, but all my blood work was good. I guess eating chicken and veggies 5 or 6 nights a week not only helps with weight loss, but is good fir the blood work too.

Congratulations on your outstanding work!

Well as a big guy, I hate when tiny little women get on a scale in a supermarket and complain that they have to lose 5 pounds when I have to lose a hundred. Then when I go to the doctor's office the first injutice is that torture device otherwise known as a scale. I believe that this device was invented simply to remind me that my eating health food has done nothing but annoy me for the last 5 months.

Well, today I went and it turns out that I lost 48 pounds since my last visit!

48 pounds

The only thing I changed is that I jog with my dog 2 miles every two days instead of one mile. I can't believe this worked.

I had a great doctor's appointment and just wanted to share
thats awesome!!! i wish i could walk a 1/4mile without excruciating back pain. i miss running.

You are an inspiration to me (and many others reading on here who aren't typing anything, too, I'm sure...). Thanks, and keep it up!
