Jiggaboo Jones and easy money
This is one crook you love to hate.
Gun theives are "marking" cars with chalk on the tires/wheels... or a colored dot on the rear bumper/license plate, while the cars are parked at gun stores, gun shows, and shooting ranges. They then follow the marked cars until they get an opportunity to break into it, being pretty sure there are firearms inside.

Hey Jiggaboo Jones. Lets go test out that bullet proof vest of yours with my 30-06 at point blank range.
People like that make me sick. How is he not in jail, or laying in a ditch some where with a couple rounds in his ass? 
I'm pretty sure talking about the arrows and using them on LEOs would be enough for at least a few years.
