2 steps ... pry off the shroud ... pry off the safety ... not so impossible

Nah, doesn't work. I tried for a while. Turned the bottle cap into 4 pieces and did not succeed.

I've done it before. Flatten the cap after folding it in half, then pry off the safety.

if it can be done with fingernails ... it can be done with a bottle cap
