I like a few songs of all genre's of music. I even like NWA. My favorites are classic rock but when I have heard the same songs over and over thousands of times I look for something new. I am listening to a lot grunge rock now. My favorite song is Lynyrd Skynyrd's Freebird. But I can only stand freebird a couple times a day. I have to listen to something else the rest of the day. My Mp3 player has the most eclectic collection of songs anyone could have.

I like most of his music, but I think I died a little inside when he started rapping country.

Is Toby Keith Alan Jackson, and George Strait still making new music? I don't hardly listen to new music anymore, so I have no idea. (I found a classic country radio station, so that's what I always listen to.)

FreeBird Is NOT Grunge brother! I was thought of as a good guitarist in my day and I can't play like that, at least not anymore. I was a music teacher for a while too, and i can't even make my Les Paul sound sweet anymore....

TK is. Jackson and Straight put out something new every now and then, but Straight is retired and I think Jackson is semi retired.

The nearest classic country station to me is far enough away that it doesn't pick up good enough to bother with. I want to say it's probably the same one you listen too, based out of somewhere in east Texas.

Can't stand Freebird because when I was serving in the Navy, that was damn near the only bloody song the twits at the Enlisted Club wanted the DJ to play. Reached a point one night that I went up to the DJ bought the album from him for $100 and snapped it in half right there! Almost caused a riot! Note: Skynyrd has a lot of other good music that I do like.

I'm on the same understanding with "free bird". Shoot me now before you play it again.

Default "Kill me now!" songs.....

Anything "sampled" (I.E. "Stolen" IMHO...)
How many times have I heard that opening bass line and said to myself "OH MAN!!...I haven't heard "Under Pressure" by Bowie & Queen in... $H*T!! It's Vanilla Ice!!"

These days it's more like "OH MAN!! I haven't heard "Werewolves of London" in years... $HIT!!.. it's Kid Rock !! X2 !!!

SMH. Almost shot my radio this morning.

I changed it to the stoner-run college station instead.
