Is it illegal...
Some kid was walking down the street with another kid dressed in a gorilla suit. Is this illegal, or is it just harmless fun.

Depends on local laws and regulations. I cannot imagine why it might be, but you never know the reasoning behind some laws.

WTF... Really? I was once grabbed on the butt by a woman I thought was a gorilla (sexual assault) but for the record, I ride naked on a flying unicorn while hunting dragons with my battle axe, no one says a damn thing...
