Some kid was walking down the street with another kid dressed in a gorilla suit. Is this illegal, or is it just harmless fun.

Depends on local laws and regulations. I cannot imagine why it might be, but you never know the reasoning behind some laws.

Can you think of a rational reason why it would be illegal? I fail to see the problem. :confused:

I knew a guy several years ago that drove a fire truck with a gorilla mask on. Don't ask me why, you just had to know the guy.
