Most of my personal experience is with Sig. From the P238, P239-9, P239-40, P229-40 and M400 AR-15.

SIG's are nice too! Wife thinks the 522 could be one of her next .22 Tacticals (or the HK MP5 in .22 that Walther makes now)

My wife considers herself experienced on revolvers. Her Dad was NYPD for 28.5 yrs. and her Brother for 23 Years. Even before we were dating she was shooting with family members. She tells me that as great a gun as Her Dad's Nickel S&W ch. Special is/was,..she'd carry a Lighter Gun that's every bit as well made..her Ruger LCR in .38+P.....Just Saying...
Held the LCR, he!! I've sold several. I don't care for the way they feel. Timing isn't as smooth as a S&W 642 either.

Well then to each his(or her) own. LCR is not meant to be a "Safe Queen." It's made to hit a target at close range.....

Exactly!! Revolvers are not my carry choice, so I'm biased. Lol

Firest, if only one company, they'd have to have all types: handgun, AR, bolt rifle in .308 or better, shotgun (my wife will not let go of her 20-gauge). Next, they have to be UN treaty-proof, aka made in USA.

While I'd hate being limited to just a 1911 pistol, having no shotgun at all is worse. No AR? No .308?

I'm left with Remington.

If Korth manf. Bought H&K or visa versa, you'd have it made. I rented an HK once I didn't have a good experience.

I'm not going to answer, that's a tough one. I love my 1911, but I also love my Rugers.
