Ain't that the truth.

Then again I'd have to convince the wife.

My aunt lives in Phoenix and ive been there to visit 3 or 4 times, i really like it there. In the neighborhood where she lives everyone has citrus trees in their yards, whenever the trees start budding they give off a really nice "perfumey" smell and you can smell it everywhere, its just awesome. Plus the heat in Arizona is a dry heat, one time when i was out there it was 120°, but to me it felt better the the 95° humid Oklahoma heat.

Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, oe Alaska. I have friends and family in each, and have traveled through or lived in each of theses states. Went through WY in March along I-80. Fell in love with the big open spaces. Was in CO 7 years ago during the summer, The Rockies are beautiful, and I lived in the Boulder area when I was young. Visited mt cousin in Alaska 3 years ago in Wasilla. Loved it. I used to live in Scotsdale when I was 10 til age 12, and I have family in Chandler Arizona. Good gun laws and no helmet law. Sounds pretty good to me. 3 to 5 more years and my step daughter will be done with HS and college, then the wife and I will decide where to go. The kid can decide if she wants to stay in NY, or come along with, her call.

Well, my sister lives in Arizona. It has great gun laws. It's warm and even when it's hot, it's tolerable. And in my chosen career field, I think I can get a job anywhere there's a hospital.

Flagstaff Arizona..

You get Colorado looks and Arizona laws.. Crossed with 4 actual seasons that are all mild.

My dream town.. Just that damn elevation is too much for the wife's health issues.
