My 338 is great for ninja mice plus it adds vent holes to the walls helps heat circulate round evenly

Didn't their cousins, rats, wipe out about a third of the humans in Europe with the plauge that time? That's some hardcore suicide mission-esque biological warfare there; way to commit fully!

Not related. But their big boy cousins "The Yellow Bellied Marmot" have ruined many a camping trip.

From Wiki; ...Marmots enjoy chewing on rubber, which can disable cars and destroy sleeping pads and hiking poles.

I shot a mouse behind the stove the other day with .22 rat shot , no real collateral damage other than some rat guts . rat poison is nothing more than blood thinner and they must have a high dose or many feedings before it works .

Man shoots at mouse, hits roommate; another roommate arrested for rape | ksl.com

Well, at least nobody broke out the 9mm to get the rodent.

A friend of mine shot at a mouse in a cabin with a 12 Guage. He emptied the shot from the shell and cracked of a fist of raw spaghetti in the shell. Fired and missed, but due to a quick mouse more than anything.
