Wow! That is a professional attitude! But I really can't blame you I have had them come to a complete stop at the end of the merge lane.
I just tell them if you don't have the ability to drive highway speeds stay off the highway, don't expect everyone to slow down just because you are there.

I don't hate anyone but I pitty everyone who suffers from the need to cower for the sake of political correctness.
In life, always speak the truth, regardless of who it may offend.
In todays world, the number of people offended is a good indicator of a positions level of truthfulness.

I HATE this college final essay I am suppose to be working one while I procrastinate on FTF.
Oh, and I hate all the "progressive" types. Just what the hell is wrong with the way I do it. It's the same way my daddy did it and my grand daddy and his......

I hate the "smartest guy in the room." Regardless of the subject, he's determined to let one and all know he's the world's foremost authority. By the way, it isn't always a guy.

I'll move if the ramp is really short, lots of cars coming on or if a large truck pulling a trailer is coming on. What really burns me is one car that refuses to accelerate. I've had them "hover" on my side expecting me to move all the way up to the end of the lane then use the shoulder.

I'm not sure of what states have the law but I believe the merger is the one that has to yield to the mergee. Never happens in my case...

Yep, that's right. That's the law in every state I've drove in.
You just have to stand your ground.

Since were talking traffic...I hate it when I try to merge from one lane to another, plenty of room, turn on my signal, and the asshat trailing in my target lane decides to accelerate and block me out.
This is why I drive a full size pick up...because I LOVE to merge anyway and force the prick to hit his brakes...
