She also needs to be nagless (sending email to Webster to enter new word)

Probably only occurs about once every third generation.

Heard that long before Full Metal Jacket. Back when your parents were kids.

Got it. Sarge was being nice by using golf ball in his garden hose reference. Guess that was the start of military Social Correctness (must have had Sensitivity Training).

I promised myself a long time ago I would never nag, my mother does it to me and it drives me mad.

Not all women nag. But if the person getting nagged drinks too much, doesn't work, is a slob, doesn't help with the kids, is never home or lays on the couch all day, then expect to be nagged. There are two sides to every story. I don't think it's fair to say "women nag" without doing a little self reflection.

And Cinder, I can say I think children get nagged by parents much more than spouses get nagged. It is difficult sometimes to watch your kids ignore things that need to be done sooner rather than later. I'm not saying that's what you do, I'm just saying, as a Mom, I had to remind my kids to get things done sometimes.

I've watched my mother and her sisters and my grandma, they're all the same person and they're the only ones who don't want to kill them when they get in a room together...
Here's how I see it; I feel like I'm a reasonable person I don't think I ask for much and as a result I shouldn't have to ask over and over again.

My mother nags me about how much I eat, when I eat, what I eat, why I don't go hang out with my friends more often and dating, what I spend my money on, selling things she doesn't think I need... Stuff like that. It's not like I'm starving myself or over eating, I have a perfectly healthy social life and I'm not asking her for money...
