Default How would you spend your 85th birthday?

Should I live to be so old, I hope I'm healthy enough to do this.

There is a lot of wisdom in those words right there.....

Really cool story - I am sure someone will bitch it was tax payer funded, but that is the least of my concerns over where some of our money is going these days....

Sounds like fun! It is too bad he didn't take his son & play the lottery.

(Yes, i'm kidding, but that apple certainly fell or rolled far from the tree.)

I remember reading or hearing about the debate/ argument when you know who was running against him for President and the issue of clinton's drug use / potential draft dodge came up and his excuse was "well I was only 20 years old and ..." some excuse tied to youth.

HW Bush replied that when he was 20 years old I was flying an Avenger off an aircraft carrier in WWII.

May have been a fairy tale of a story, but it still makes me smile. Glad he is hanging in there. The great President Reagan used to catch hell from Nancy for riding horses, using chainsaws and generally acting like he was 30 after his Presidency.

I'd spend it thinking "At least I'm not as old as Bobby!"

I'd spend it wondering why I put a pancake in my sock drawer and why my house doesn't look like mine.
