It seems like just a few years that my daughter was 4 years old and I took her to a pond and she caught her first fish. It's liek yesterday that I took her to gymnastics lessons and cheer leading in Jr high school. Two weeks ago she at 22 moved up to Louisville for a job and to finish school.

My beard feels a little whiter now....

Tx, I have some pics of my youngest daughter at eight running a '70 ft. yacht from the flybridge when the boss showed up unexpectedly.
She's now 27 and has blessed me with my third granddaughter (her first child).
You're right. It do go fast.

Oh, btw, beautiful youngun you have there.
Don't you love it when they get their looks from mom and their good sense from you.

The gift of youngsters is the greatest one you can receive, the lessons learned with our kids inspire a stronger and more useful ne for my 4 grandkids. My 14 year old Grandaughter is maturing fast and while I would love to sprinkle a bunch of magic powder on her to make her 6 forever, I cant stop aging myself so thats not a good option even if I could! Tiz best if she gets to an age that she can prepare the table for hers when Pops (me) can no longer do so. Its sad and happy at the same time, I just pray the memories we create for them today will help those that have not yet been born to always make the future brighter.

If not for the children, life would not be worth the living much less the dying...
