Oh hell no.

Do you even know how to cook?

Anyone that can cook a steak should know that you never ever cut or poke the dam thing. That will result in a dry leathery piece of boot leather.

You cook it turning once with TONGS then you pull it and let it rest for 4 to 5 minutes then eat the dam thing.

This is great, I think the real Tango is slowly returning. Now if there were a few Effin Douches thrown in and a Ponch picture along with go piss up a rope, we would all know he is back. The New Tango sucks. I know it is right at the surface ready to blow like Eyjafjallajökull Glacier.

Medium Rare.

Over a med-hot fire, ~4" from flame, throw steak on grill with your seasonings of choice and lightly coated with olive oil. After 2 min rotate steak 45 deg, this allows for proper grill grid marks as well as even cooking. After another 2 min turn steak over. This time rotate 45 deg. after only 1.5 min, another 1.5-2 min remove steak from grill and let sit on plate (re-absorb juices) for about 5 min. I even turn it once or twice while sitting to ensure all possible juices have been absorbed.

Tango is right, Shi. No fork. Learn the "touch" method so you can press the steak with your fingers or your tongs and tell how done it is by the amount of resistence it gives you. Only difference between me and Tango is I flip steaks THREE times. And resting time for ANY type of meat is so important.

Did you learn ANYTHING up at Bear's place?

That is my kind of RARE! Freaks my parents out, though. For many years I ate what Mom cooked....well burned. One day, by accident, I got the order of a friend while a bunch of us were out after work. He'd ordered rare and I didn't notice except that it tasted great.

After that, the bloodier the better......
