Where I come from, nearly everyone had guns and they still do. My Dad grew up around them and it was just basically the way of life for rural Oklahoma. I remember him bringing home new guns when I was very young, he'd show them to me, and I just loved them. I was so intrigued and thought they were the coolest thing ever. Well I got a BB gun at a young age and shot all the time, my buddies and I never got enough of going out in the country and plinking anything and everything. My Grandma had an old .22 single shot that had belonged to one of my uncles and she let me use it for several years. I was 10 or 11 when she let me start using it. Dad started me out quail hunting when I was around 12 using my Grandpa's old Stevens .410, man I loved that gun. Dad still has it and someday it'll be mine to pass down to my son, along with a lot of other guns, and hopefully on to my grandson.
