Well, cars ALREADY produce water vapor emissions- you get water from burning hydrocarbon fuels.
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.

The info Trez posted about that guy Meyer's invention will do the trick. The problem is prying it away from NASA.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”Samuel Adams

At the end of the day, the U.S. has a surplus of one thing that can provide us with basic transportation, our fat arses; pedal power could make a big dent with proper incentives. The feds sold a lot of smaller, more fuel efficient cars with that ethanol program of theirs; when will they limit driving to those over 30, forcing the youngsters to pedal or walk to their destinations?
Dead Bears, the only good kind.

meyer's car runs on hydrogen, the only difference between it and the new cars that are coming out is instead of buying the compressed hydrogen from a pump, his generated its own from water. from what ive read the tricky part is finding the right electrical pulse to make it efficient.

the air concept is new to me, and find it very interesting.......
