Haha well I'm 23 and I make sandwiches at togos in Medford Oregon. I work about 30 hours a week or less... I should be getting more hours soon as I am getting promoted...

But getting promoted at a sandwich shop is... Meh. I'd like to do something I could be proud of lol. But hey it's a job

OT is the norm where I'm at,at least 5 ten hour days. Sometimes Saturdays for a 6th ten hour day. Right now I'm working out of town and I am at 47 hours sitting at the Waffle House before I start work today.

Haven't worked a 40 hour week since I've been at this company. I'm 21.

I'm on salary. I'm usually at the office by 6am and leave 4:30-5:00pm and work 3-5 hours on Saturdays...sometimes a Sunday if there is a computer or network issue that needs to be addressed when no one is around. Sounds brutal but like anything you put that kind of time into, it has its perks.

Right now I'm working 6 twelve hour shifts plus whatever extra is needed. So 72 hours plus. But we're in the middle of a product launch and it will slow down one day. Not as soon as my boss thinks, but it will slow down. Then we will get in a new product and start all over next year.

My last job was 40 hours a week on salary. Job before that was 70 hours a week on salary. Current job is 70+ hours a week hourly. Hours and jobs change. Sometime it works out well and sometime not so well. I try to just enjoy the benefits of whatever the job has to offer. Right now that would be the money! In a few years who knows? The only constant is change so just go with it and make the most of it.

40-60 at my primary job, 0-24 of actual physical work at my secondary but I'm technically never "off". Probably averages out to 48, which isn't bad at all but when I have inventory or something at the store and heavy renovations at the apartments it gets pretty brutal.
