Default Homemade salsa

This topic is way overdue, so let's hear your salsa recipes.

Lasts nights concoction:

4 medium tomatoes, 1/2 bunch cilantro and a couple green onions all diced together.

Next, 2 poblano's, dozen cerrano's, 3 jalapeņos, 4 cloves of garlic and a large red onion quartered. This was all blackened over wood fire in my BBQ, then finely diced.

Lastly a couple drops of ghost chili sauce for kick. Didn't come out too hot.

Im not a condiment type of guy, if its goopy, I probably dont eat it or only a little bit (Hellmans). I love Salsa, have for most of my life, not super hot, just medium and lots of fresh veggies but not too ground up. I will try your recipe, sounds like a winner! Yum, chips and salsa (and Beer).....

I've got a few good ones I used to make for dock parties.
I'll post some this weekend (mine) when I get time.

My favorites are the really Hot ones.

Tomato, sweet onion, celery seed. green peppers, cilantro, garlic, salt, paprica, jalapenos, ceyenne pepper, olive oil and a little vineger. The amounts depend on how much you like each item as most of it will be tomato and onions in most salsas. I like cilantro but my wife wants very little in it. She wants more onion me not so much. Just made this last weekend and already added to what I made. I rarely eat store bought junk. Tastes like crap to me.
