The highlight of my day last night was going to see the Impractical Jokers (The Tenderloins) last night on stage. My daughter and I both needed a good laugh and we laughed a lot last night. We love those guys.

...Learning that my wife made it to the hunting camp. She recently verified the zero on the Ruger American (30-06) and now she's at the camp with my brother. He brought his Savage Axis, also in .30-06. I'm 6,000 miles away, wishing them both a deer

The highlight of my day has been sitting around BSing about guns with my father in law in Oklahoma.

The highlight of my day was hand loading 150 rounds of 380 and 250 rounds of 45 acp. It's always a good day to put away more than I shot.

Two highlights amid sadness yesterday. A year or so ago a coworker was diagnosed with cancer, he is one of the "good guys" always ready to help or encourage a younger or newer guy, never told a guy he was stupid just would suggest "try doing it this way", you all know the type.

He did all the therapies and medications and was given a clean bill of health. This fall the cancer came back with a vengeance, the prognosis is not good. He has been off work for a while and getting depressed. Last night some guys from work decided to get him out of the house for awhile.

The 2 highlights of my day, the first is small, petty, and selfish, I have been off work since august and a coworker thought to call and tell me about this get together. The important one is that we had a huge crowd come out to spend time and help to cheer him up a little bit, as near as I could tell he had a really good time and got sense of how important he is to all of us.

The highlight of my day was spending the whole day with my husband and taking my sisters out to shoot for the first time. They did very well and had a blast!

It was a good day. The girls are 9 and 11. We were shooting a .22 bolt action rifle we have. They enjoyed it a lot.

Also, GGaC and I got to shoot my Father-in-law's British Enfield in .303 British. Now that's a nice rifle.
