Dubai is fast becoming the meca for High technologies. They have government provided Fiber optic access build into every office building. The Taxes are super low and the companies are getting bonuses for moving operations to Dubai. The leaders are tech savvy and used that to build a infrastructure that caters to companies that use a lot of technology. The companies also get to set the layout of the buildings they rent. Dubai is built for High tech business. I also think they have the largest indoor ski park in the world along with the Palms which are man made islands in the shape of palm trees. They are also building islands in the shape of each continent and they will have a hotel on each island with a theme based on that continent.

How come there isn't anyone working??
I saw like two guys with hard hats in the whole picture.

That is a camera mount add really That mount mounts to a tripod and you program it to take panoramic pictures. The cheap one is $450... I think the one this guy used was the $900 super deluxe model.
