I never leave the house with change. When I come thru the door it all goes into the fish bowl. Then into a coffee can and after 2 or 3 are full cashed in.

Yes, I also put change in the pocket of my work clothes in case I have a 'need' for a diet pop.

When I get home from work I put any change I have on the dresser in my bathroom. When I get tired of looking at it, it goes into a can. Every once in a while I cash in the change. But most of the time I use my debit card for any and all purchases.

Coins seem like a bother these days. If, on the rare occasion I get home with coins in my pocket, they get thrown in my "funny money" drawer with currency (paper and coins) from several countries. Our dollar is just so weak now, it's nuts.

I don't. I rarely take it out of my pocket, and I like most men I wear pants till they fall apart, so I always have change on me.

I usually have about a dollar or so in change tucked into my wallet. I don't intentionally put it in there though. It's always change. I much prefer carrying dollar bills instead.

I usually keep a couple bucks in quarters in the car for when I go to Oklahoma and use the turnpike.

They all usually take ones, some take fives, and a few actually take credit cards now.

Our coke machines take credit cards but they charge a $1.40 convenience few so a 20oz coke comes out to $2.50

My change stays in the consoles of my vehicles.... In case I have to park downtown (I refuse to use a card in that situation...). I never use vending machines and the only time I use a penny is when my son and I empty the jar to play poker.

I don't understand convenience fees for debit/credit cards. How does my minor convenience of using a credit card inconvenience anyone enough to charge me? I'm going to research why that started.
